Strengthening Hip Abductor

This is a set of two exercises for strengthening.  The first one uses rubber band for resistance, the second one uses a 10″ ball for resistance.

In the first exercise the band is lopped around both legs above the knees, the exercise requires to tighten stomach muscles and push the knees apart.  The second exercise requires to squeeze the ball with your knees while again tightening stomach muscles.
